19 Jun Work now available with Art Friend Gallery
New art created exclusively for release with Shona Bland’s new Shoreditch based art gallery.
The art has been made specifically to a concept colour range discussed with owner of the gallery, Shona over the early spring period. I have known Shona and her gallery for a while and We felt it was important to bring the best of all the art I had made previous for other galleries in to this small collection of work. The work draws landscape from my time exploring Australia and the outback there, specifically as the evenings draw nearer as you get such a diverse range of colours without the light pollution that you experience in the cities as much, I had spent some time observing this and you slowly realise that combined with the extreme noise of the outback, you are alone to the elements out there. This has massively inspired my art over the years and I am really happy to bring this new collection to you.
Arons place was named simply as Aron is my Brother in Law, he is the best bush walker that I know and extremely knowledgeable of the Australian Outback and how best to survive in the wilderness. The heat and the wildlife gives you little options of survival without a buddy whilst exploring the area.
